Our client is a leading global maritime solutions provider offering crew management, ship operations, and maritime services.
Job Description
- Handles communication with various Principals pertaining to Accounting Matters.
- In-charge of coordinating with the external Auditor when it comes to accounting matters.
- Deals with the bank with regards to trading of dollar and remittances.
- Review the Debit/Credit Notes, Management Accounts, Statements of Accounts and other key reports prepared by accounting personnel.
- Monitor the daily cash position to be able to make the appropriate recommendations to the President and CWMSI Greece Accounting.
- Oversee the preparation of the proposed budgets, monitors the actual expenses against the current budget and prepares the quarterly financial reports for the clients under the Crew Management Engagements.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounting Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-10 years of solid general accounting experience
- Strong background in taxation, compliance, and due diligence
- Willing to work onsite (Makati) five days a week
