What is this role about
> The role is responsible for managing the team and the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes of the company.
> The proper control and management of accounts payable and receivable will contribute to a better company performance.
What will YOU do
- Overseevendor paymentto ensure compliance in internal control and policiesthrough invoice processing, approvals, payments, and supplier reconciliations
- Overseecustomer billing and collectionsto ensure timely billing and collection of accountsthrough monitoring the billing and collection transaction processing
- Managevendor and customer relationsto build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholdersthrough serving as the escalation point for vendor/customer inquiries and dispute
- Implementprocess, policies and controlsto ensure that systems and processes adhere to company policies and controls while functioning with accuracy and timelinessthrough review and approval of AP and AR transactions based on approval matrix, policies, standards and lead time
- Improve process, policies and controlsto streamline accounting operations and strengthen internal controlsby identifying inefficiencies, developing solutions and leading automation and digitalization initiatives
- Maintaincopies of files, bills and receipts to ensure that proper filing and records are in orderthrough monthly compliance review of the work done by the team
- Assistother departmentsto provide support and information neededthrough serving as subject matter expert related to AP and AR transactions, processes, policies and documentations
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
What will YOU need
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting-related courses
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 10 years of experience in handling AP and AR teams
