About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and lead a high-performing finance team. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about financial accuracy, process improvement, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
- Submit reports to management for decision - making.
- Oversee daily activities: accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead and supervise accounting staff, including training and performance evaluation.
- Monitor actual vs. budget performance and recommend adjustments.
- Support department heads in cost control and planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and implement improvements
- Lead closing activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing
- Provide insights and recommendations to top management
