We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join an excellent international company and lead key accounting operations in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment.

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Competitive Salary

English Level: C1 / Advanced - Required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with E-Commerce accounting and Shopify
• Experience with reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Month-End Close
• Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online skills
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting teams
• C1 / Advanced English is required

What You'll Do

• Lead accounting operations and month-end close processes
• Manage reconciliations across Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and other E-Commerce platforms
• Analyze financial data and identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Improve and automate accounting processes and workflows
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting team members
