Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Makati City

Job Description
- Lead daily accounting operations
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and strengthen internal controls to minimize risk and prevent fraud
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, OPEX, and revenue performance
- Deliver insights through financial and performance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Experience in budgeting and team leadership
- Familiarity with fintech or high-growth environments is a plus
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
