Job Description

Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire financial accounting cycle, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and maintaining strict compliance with Philippine laws and Financial Reporting Standards. This role provides the strategic data necessary to drive business decisions.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master's degree is an advantage but not required).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of accounting standards/regulations and proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
