Assists management in effective planning, budgeting, and control
Continuously reviews, recommends, and implements policies & procedures to ensure that resources are properly safeguarded and maximized
Communicates relevant and reliable financial information to management and provides analysis and proposals
Prepares, analyzes, and monitors the annual budget
Provides management with reliable and relevant financial information periodically, including financial analysis, comparative reports against the previous year, and the budget
Ensures compliance with all government and legal requirements required in operating a business
Minimum Qualifications :
BS Accountancy graduate, CPA
At least 5 years of working experience as an Accounting Manager
Experience in the retail working environment is a plus
Has in-depth knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting, creating systems, and control, particularly in a retail setting
Preferably with a background in external or internal audit
Must be well-versed in all accounting facets and have good analytical skills
Sound leadership qualities
Highly flexible, organized, and can withstand pressure
Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati City
