- Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and review accurate financial reports related to intercompany and fixed assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and support to key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.
Anforderungsprofil
A successful Accounting Manager (Intercompany & Fixed Assets) should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed asset management.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and relevant software.
- Proven experience with leading a team hands on (managed team leads)
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
