We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our high-performing team. The role will provide comprehensive financial insights to senior management, driving operational efficiency and supporting our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular financial updates to top management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Implement and strengthen the accounting procedures, systems, and internal compliance, adhering to national and local legal standards
- Forecasting costs and revenues to guide financial decisions and achieve budgeting goals
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to maintain financial controls and guidelines
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
- Oversee and motivate the accounting team with dynamic leadership that promotes trust and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CMA (certified management accountant)
- 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis and strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP accounting system
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly
