This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager, based in Cebu. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include supervising journal entries, managing fixed assets, reconciling accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and leading a team to ensure effective financial operations. The role also involves providing financial insights to support company strategies and decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and experience in preparing, analyzing, and reporting them
• Proficiency in Journal Entries and Fixed Assets management
• Excellent Analytical Skills and proven ability to interpret financial data
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification preferred
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations is an advantage
