Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located at our Quezon City office. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and maintaining fixed assets records. Responsibilities will also include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and trends.
• Expertise in Journal Entries (Accounting) and Fixed Assets management.
• A solid understanding and knowledge of Finance and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in accounting records.
• Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to the Philippines.
• Experience with accounting software and tools commonly used in financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles is a strong advantage.
