Accounting Manager – Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
- With at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience in handling audits and government reportorial requirements
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Accounting Manager – Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial activities of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, Pricelist, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and other departments
- Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
- Preferably knowledgeable in manufacturing cost analysis and inventory accounting
