Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, preferably in manufacturing
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Capable of supervising accounting staff and managing multiple tasks efficiently
