Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Quezon City. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, reviewing journal entries, managing fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decisions, while leading an accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proven expertise in Journal Entries and Accounting procedures
- Knowledge of Finance and Fixed Assets management
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
