Accounting Manager (CPA)

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from a

reputable college or university.

● Proven success with 8+ years of combined accounting and audit experience, delivering

accurate financial reporting and strong compliance outcomes.

● Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory or people

management role, including coaching, performance development, and team leadership.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management capabilities with the ability

to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

● Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use data and

insights to drive informed business decisions.

● Experience supporting multinational organizations or international legal entities across

multiple jurisdictions.

● Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and amenable to shifting or rotational

schedules.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Exposure to accounting transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital

finance initiatives.

● A collaborative mindset and proven success working within cross-functional and global

teams to achieve shared objectives

● Strong experience in General Accounting, financial statement preparation, and month-end

close activities

● Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements

● Experience working in a multinational or international company environment

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
