Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated extensive experience in an Accounting Manager role, with a strong track record of overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.
Solid background in managing multiple companies or operating within a shared services environment.
Proven leadership capability in supervising and developing accounting teams while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to work ONSITE.
