Job Overview
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced CPA who is ready to take the next step in leadership. We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial direction to the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 18 accounting professionals
- Oversee end-to-end accounting functions and financial reporting activities
- Ensure timely submission of BIR and statutory requirements
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls
- Support executive management through financial insights and analysis
- Liaise with auditors and external regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- CPA license is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- At least 1 year in a managerial capacity
- Strong expertise in Philippine taxation and BIR compliance
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background from any industry may apply
