Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related course.
- Preferably a CPA, but not required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, general accounting, budgeting, or management reporting.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, plantation, or production-based operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cost allocation, expense analysis, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

- Preparation and presentation of monthly management reports.
- Inventory, production, labor, material, and overhead cost monitoring.
- Experience handling multiple departments, farms, projects, plantations, or cost centers.
- Month-end closing, account reconciliation, and audit support.
