Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team on-site in Santa Cruz. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, maintaining fixed asset records, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating with teams to optimize financial processes. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support accurate accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy;
• CPA Board passer is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with 2 years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Solid background in a manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in accounting systems (SAP) and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in audit preparation, cost accounting, and budgeting.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
