This is not a back-office role. You will work as a direct finance partner to US businesses navigating rapid scaling.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Accounting Lead to own month-end close and financial reporting for US-based Vertical SaaS clients. You will be embedded in lean, fast-moving teams where your financial accuracy and process ownership directly supports business growth.
What You Will Own
- Manage full month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for US stakeholders
- Support deferred revenue tracking and SaaS-specific accounting treatments
- Perform variance analysis and identify key movements in financial results
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and organized financial records
- Collaborate directly with US finance leaders and stakeholders
- Support process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of accounting experience with solid US GAAP foundation
- Experience in SaaS, or tech-enabled industries a strong plus
- Strong ownership of close processes and reconciliation workflows
- ERP experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills with ability to work with US clients
- Availability for US time zone overlap
