We're Hiring: Accounting Lead
MOA, Pasay | Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) | Flexi Shift (Mid-Night)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly closing process
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Review and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
- Ensure assets and liabilities are properly supported
- Prepare/review client reports (e.g., Passthrough Expenses, Escrow Balances)
- Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Perform other tasks as required by the Finance Accounting Group
Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate
- At least 3 years of Corporate Accounting experience
- With Supervisory experience
- CPA is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in Excel

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet SLAs and metrics
