About Our Client
An organisation operating in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry located in Cavite.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to identify trends and variances.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
