Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing daily financial transactions.
- Help with the maintenance and organization of accounting records.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and other general ledger activities.
- Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Work with the finance team on various ad hoc accounting tasks and projects.
- Assist in filing and organizing financial documents.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work onsite: Alliance Global Tower, BGC Taguig
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, functions, and pivot tables is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- Previous experience or coursework related to accounting is a plus but not required.
