Finance/Accounting Intern

At Shakey's, we are committed to providing meaningful on-the-job training that gives interns valuable exposure to a real corporate environment. Our internship program is designed to help students develop practical knowledge, enhance their technical skills, and prepare them for a successful career in the finance and accounting profession.

We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn individuals who are passionate about Finance and Accounting. Qualified interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to key finance functions, including:

• General Accounting
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Treasury

As part of our internship program, qualified interns will also receive an internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any Finance-related course.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Available to start this August.

Internship Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an internship program required by your college or university.
• Able to provide internship requirements and documentation (e.g., Memorandum of Agreement, endorsement letter, internship forms, internship report, or other school requirements).
• Willing to work onsite during regular office hours (dayshift) with a flexible work schedule.
