Accounting Instructor

As Trainer/ Instructor, you will mentor aspiring professionals in accounting principles, business applications, and ERP software. You will develop instructional materials, conduct engaging training sessions, and guide trainees in practical applications. Your role ensures they gain the skills needed for real-world consulting and business solutions. Before conducting training, you will sit in and be trained under our Consulting Team to gain a deeper understanding of the Business Application Consultant (BAC) role, enabling you to train them more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on accounting concepts, ERP systems, and business applications.
• Create instructional materials such as guides, case studies, and exercises.
• Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on training.
• Sit in with the Consulting Team for training to understand the BAC role thoroughly.
• Assess trainee progress through quizzes and evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to enhance learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or business-related field
• At least 3 years of teaching or training experience in accounting or business applications
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, ERP implementation, or consulting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• CPA license is preferred but not required

Note:

This is a hybrid working setup, but candidates should be willing to work on-site as needed. A staff house will be available for on-site work.
