Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead and organize the department through proper training, motivation and regular monitoring of direct reports
  • Oversees the streamlined operations of the department and ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization
  • Works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization
  • Prepare regular financial updates to top management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
  • Forecasting costs and revenues to guide financial decisions and achieve budgeting goals
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to maintain financial controls and guidelines
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned


Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • .Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
  • .10+ years of managerial experienc
  • eWorking knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reportin
  • gKnowledgeable in financial analysis and strateg
  • yProficiency in MS Office applications and accounting syste
  • mStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearl
