Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Accounting Head to oversee management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis for a fast-growing fast food chain. This role ensures accurate financial reporting while providing strategic insights that support operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's management accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
- Support store expansion, capital investments, and operational initiatives through financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Work closely with Operations and executive leadership to drive business performance.
- Improve financial reporting systems and accounting processes.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- CPA is highly preferred.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, and business analysis.
- Experience in Fast Food, Restaurant, Retail, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
