Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Accounting / Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the full accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end accounting experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations (end-to-end accounting).
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of approximately 20 accounting staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting systems, and procedures.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure proper cash flow management and financial health of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end accounting experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role (Manager level or higher).
  • Experience as a Head of Accounting or similar senior role is required.
  • Strong people management skills with experience handling a team.
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • Hospital or healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
