Role Description The Accounting Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role oversees day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports. The supervisor ensures accurate and timely recording of transactions, maintains general ledger integrity, and supports budget preparation and monitoring. Responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, coordinating with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations, and supporting cash flow management and cost control. The role also collaborates with operations and management to provide financial insights that support decision-making and organizational stability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, with the ability to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess Auditing skills, with experience coordinating internal and external audits and implementing control improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
- Experience in a supervisory accounting or finance role, preferably in security services or related industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team, work on-site in Metro Manila, and communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
