Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform general accounting duties such as maintaining general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial applications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
