Job Description
- NetSuite Form Customization and Development
- Assist in the customization and enhancement of NetSuite forms using HTML.
- Modify existing forms based on operational and accounting requirements.
- Create new forms within the NetSuite environment.
- Apply and maintain HTML code for form formatting and layout improvements.
- Coordinate with Accounting Officers and team members to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of newly created or modified forms.
- Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Development
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing Power Apps applications.
- Implement application updates to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Assist in developing workflow automations using Power Automate.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements through automation.
- Create new applications and automation solutions under the supervision of the Systems Team.
- Conduct testing and documentation of developed applications and workflows.
- Data Entry and System Support
- Perform accurate data entry and data maintenance activities in company systems.
- Assist in updating and maintaining records in the Cost Application (MARGA Application).
- Support data validation and reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel-based reports, templates, and databases.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of information entered into systems.

- Accounting and Finance Managers
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Excel, and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
