Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred

Significant experience in senior accounting or finance leadership roles

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls

Deep understanding of accounting standards, tax compliance, and audit processes

Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships

Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences

Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution

Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, reporting, and controls

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure accuracy

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and board-level summaries

Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in partnership with leadership

Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning to support business needs

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies

Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary contact for auditors and advisors

Identify financial risks and implement controls to protect company assets

Drive process improvements, automation, and finance system enhancements

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team
