About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly capable Accounting, Finance & Administrative Analyst to take ownership of key financial, accounting, administrative, and back-office functions within a growing travel business.
This is not a traditional bookkeeping or data-entry role.
We are looking for someone who combines hands-on accounting experience with strong financial analysis, administrative ownership, and operational understanding. You will be responsible for keeping the financial and operational side of the business accurate, organized, and efficient while providing management with meaningful insights from the data. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the travel industry, understand how bookings, suppliers, customer payments, commissions, and reconciliations work, and ideally have hands-on experience with Tramada.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who doesn't simply process transactions or complete assigned tasks, but who can identify discrepancies, understand what the numbers are telling the business, solve problems, improve processes, and proactively support management.
