Accounting Controllership Senior Manager/Lead (CPA)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journals,close general ledger, AR, and AP, and perform balance sheet/trial balance reconciliation .
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements.
• Support all internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with the leaders on performance targets and KPI of the team and conduct performance review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and must be a CPA.
• With 7 years of professional experience in preparation and consolidation of financial statements in Shared Service/International/BPO industries.
• Must have 4-5 years of experience in team leadership/people management.
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and software (e.g. Excel, ERP Systems)
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City
