Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant 100% Remote
We are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager or Senior a Senior Accountant with strong NetSuite expertise to manage high-volume transactions and drive efficiency in finance operations. This role is ideal for a resourceful, proactive professional with a curiosity for AI and automation, who can design workflows, automate routine accounting tasks, and implement process improvements to streamline the close process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Administer and optimize NetSuite workflows, roles, and reporting, including revenue recognition processes.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce close timelines and enhance data quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support multi-entity operations and ensure scalable accounting processes.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Accounting Manager: 46 years of experience | Senior Accounting Manager: 10+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite; familiarity with other finance/ERP systems is a plus
- Experience managing high-volume transactions and process improvement initiatives
- Interest or experience in AI-driven workflows and automation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in the PST timezone
