Our client's Client Advisory Accounting Services (CAAS) team delivers a full suite of financial advisory services-from month-end accounting and technology implementation to CFO-level consulting and strategic planning. As an Accounting Associate, you'll be at the heart of this dynamic team, managing client accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and driving meaningful insights that help clients reach their goals. Your Impact
- Cash Flow Captain: Manage client accounting functions including the accurate tracking and recording of cash transactions to keep financials running like clockwork.
- Close the Books: Maintain client financial records from initial transaction entry through month-end close and the preparation of polished financial statements.
- Schedule Architect: Prepare and maintain support schedules and roll-forward reports that form the backbone of reliable financial reporting.
- Statement Storyteller: Draft fund financial statements and investor reporting packages that clearly communicate financial health and performance.
- Insight Engine: Analyze monthly results alongside senior accountants and contribute meaningful input for client process improvements.
- Tech-Savvy Pro: Develop deep proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online, staying ahead of the curve in a digital-first environment.

What You Bring
- The Experience:2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience with a demonstrated progression in complexity, scope, and volume of assignments.
- Academic Credentials: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting that underpins your technical knowledge and professional foundation.
- GAAP Grounded: Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) applied consistently and accurately across client engagements.
- Software Fluency: Practical proficiency in QuickBooks Online along with Microsoft Office Excel and Word-you're comfortable navigating the tools of the trade.
- Analytical Edge: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-minded approach to tackling financial challenges.
- Communication Star: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; you actively listen, articulate ideas clearly, and engage confidently in client-facing interactions.
