Job Summary

We're looking for Accounting Associates to join our growing team! Whether your experience is in General Ledger (GL), Billing, or Accounts Payable (AP), we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities may include:

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger records.
• Process customer billings and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Process vendor invoices and payments in accordance with company policies.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding finance-related concerns.
• Support audit, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in General Ledger, Billing, or Accounts Payable is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
