Account Specific Roles And Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports (budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, cost analysis)
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership review
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes through data reconciliation and analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data analysis
Requirements
- With bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
- At least 1 year experience in Financial Reporting or similar
- Must have extensive MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
- Good Verbal and Written English Communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
