We are seeking a full-time Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. This on-site role is based in Manila and involves performing key accounting and financial tasks. Daily responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate journal entries, supporting financial reporting, and utilizing accounting software to ensure proper recordkeeping. The Accounting Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures while providing critical insight through financial analysis.

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate Journal Entries
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Experience with Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the financial sector is an advantage
