Key Responsibilities
- Record and post daily financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and receipts
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and adjusting entries
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payments, billing, and collections
- Prepare bank, cash, and account reconciliations and assist in financial reports for management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits
- Coordinate with other departments on billing, expenses, and financial inquiries
- Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
- Experience using accounting software and MS Excel is an advantage.
