Accounting Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Associate plays a key role within the accounting department, contributing to the efficient and accurate management of the company's accounting operations. This position offers exposure to various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, eager to support a dynamic accounting department and ensure the integrity of financial data.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Knowledge in using QuickBooks is preferred
• Willing to work onsite in Cabantian Buhangin, Davao City
