Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, and other related courses.
Fresh graduates with exemplary records are ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
1-2 years of working experience as an accounting staff/associate is a plus.

Job Description

Interpret, analyze, and verify transactions for expenses, inventory, or fixed assets.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
Record weekly and/or monthly customer deductions and credit notes.
Perform adjusting journal entries, if needed, and be approved by each department head.
Keep track of accounts receivable and payable.
Monitor advances to the supplier and employee cash advances, and ensure proper closure of each request.
Ensure compliance with the month-end closing.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
Reporting to the manager CA, SP floats, adjustment per department, SP per week, and the Nav module.
Familiarity with the basic chart of accounts, debit and credit rules, and normal balances of accounts.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Keen attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Time management.
