Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Description

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
  • Record and categorize all business transactions (e.g., sales,

purchases, payments, receipts) in the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and

company records.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal

reports.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and

documentation.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper

documentation and timely recording of financial transactions.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
