Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Description
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
- Record and categorize all business transactions (e.g., sales,
purchases, payments, receipts) in the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and
company records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal
reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and
documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper
documentation and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
