Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, primarily handling payables. This includes processing invoices, monitoring outstanding obligations, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Financial Management, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willing to work full onsite in Timog, Quezon City
