The Role
New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash advance requests and cash advance liquidation from receiving, auditing, and preparation of pay advice and entry in the system
- Process accounts receivable transactions
- Audit of expense report and prepare pay-advice for reimbursement to employees
- Prepare audit findings report on cash advances and expense report quarterly
- Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Prepare clearance for resigned employees
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant education or coursework in Accounting or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
