Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable for payment, prepares the vouchers for payment and records the transaction in the JV file.
Ensures that all documents for payment endorsements received bear the proper approvals and correct supporting attachments.
Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all liquidation reports.
Assist the CFO with the timely preparation of schedule and analysis of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and related accounts.
Performs accounts reconciliation and regular entry of all financial transactions in the database.
