Job Description

LEMY AS, a Norwegian Facility Management company (with representative offices in Philippines - Alabang and Davao) is looking for an experienced ACCOUNTING RESOURCE, to assist in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable/receivable, supporting budget preparation and complying with accounting standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement and Control
  • Responsible for the Development of Processes and Administrator of the Process Changes to the ERP Software Systems (with the help of IT Resource)
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Performing reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Processing invoices for payment, tracking accounts receivable, and managing vendor/supplier and customer relationships
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Deviations gathering and processing
  • Utilizing accounting software to manage financial data and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards
  • Assessment, execution and compliance

  • Compliance and regulatory oversight

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology/Management, have Master's degree or certification
  • A Certified Public Accountant is a plus
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, compliance or control.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in applying process changes of Accounting to the ERP Software System of Accounting
  • Must have a firm and assertive approach to enforcing policies and ensuring compliance.
  • With strong attention to details, coupled with the ability to challenge inconsistencies and enforce corrective actions
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, independence and professional skepticism
  • Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Can report to our ALABANG/DAVAO OFFICE from 2PM til 11pm PH time
