KPMG Managed Services team handles end-to-end accounting, payroll and statutory compliance while working closely with client stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals excited by automation, data insights, and driving efficiency across finance and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full sets of accounts, month-end closings, and management reports
  • Process payroll, CPF, IRAS submissions and employee life-cycle changes
  • Support annual financial statements and audit schedules
  • Maintain ledgers accuracy and perform reconciliations
  • Liaise with clients on queries, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow standardization
  • For Assistant Manager track: review juniors work, manage deadlines and support client onboarding

Qualifications:

Required

  • Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business and Law
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience with a strong technical understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and exposure to accounting and finance operations

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and sound analytical thinking
  • Effective communicator who manages timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate review capability, ability to guide juniors and leading client discussions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Experience handling Singapore payroll, CPF contributions, and IRAS statutory compliance requirements
  • Big 4, professional services, or accounting firm experience is considered a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with cloud accounting systems such as XERO and familiarity with payroll platforms
