Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and statements
  • Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Assist in project cost forecasting and financial analysis
  • Process and compute commissions accurately
  • Follow up on client payments and handle billing concerns
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial documentation
  • Maintain organized financial records and files
  • Coordinate with procurement on payments and costs
  • Update management on financial status of projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting field
  • Background in the rela estate industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Pinagkaisahan, Makati City
