Accounting Assistant

This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining the integrity of our transaction processes. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured and high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers

Ensure accuracy in all cash handling and reconciliation processes

Maintain proper records of transactions and prepare daily reports

Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations

Support internal controls and compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Coordinate with internal teams for transaction verification and issue resolution

Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving any financial inconsistencies

Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in the Fintech / financial services industry

Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail

Familiar with digital payment systems, e-wallets, or financial platforms is an advantage

Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume transaction environment

Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)

Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle sensitive financial information
